So, those developers are pretty much HEAVILY involved with the 360 or exclusively developin for it...nice pick of developers, im sure theyre not unbiased. I know the 360 is a good console but a ps3 developer would call the ps3 "a beast" too. Its meaningless in the end.

The reason people bring it up is because its a joke, its funny and it shows how xbox 360 isn't as appealing as playstation is....and sales prove that very much so
the fact that the rival companies have put their heads together to create a player that plays both formats is most prob a sign none of them really knows what format will win. So they're just playing it safer this way.
I think though, that the 360 may have an add-on HD-DVD drive, but the fact that there's a blu-ray drive built into the ps3, is a big factor in blu-rays success and shouldnt be underestimated
i gotta say, what kaz said in the first paragraph made me laugh. I mean he made it sound like ms copied everything off of sony, which is not true. Both companies have taken ideas from each other
But the second paragraph to me makes perfect sense and its just the way i feel about microsoft's desperate want, to get the 360 on the market before the ps3

my samsung e900 uses sd cards. There pretty cool. Real small though. If they held enough memory so that would never have to take it out, then fine, but a bigger card would be easier not to lose and hard drive would be most idle. Nintendo is trying to make the wii cheap though, that's the thing. And SD cards are real cheap. So it has good and bad things about it

what i would say is that yeah, ur right, devs can make more money off the ps2 at the moment, but dev support for ps3 isnt exactly weak dude. And they'll have to move on to ps3 sooner or later
I think thats its more the fact of sonys plan to make a consoles lifespan good for 10 years, and not to just drop it, like ms did with xbox
